MSCF Membership Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully
- Donations qualify for 501(c)(3) Tax deductions as Charitable deduction.
- MSCF Annual Membership for the calendar year (Jan to Dec).
- Family- $150 (inclusive of transaction fees)
- Single - $75 (inclusive of transaction fees)
- Student - $40 (inclusive of transaction fees)
- All sales are final; Annual memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- To participate in the MSCF events, you must be an Annual Member and the final decision is subjective by the approval of MSCF office bearers.
- MSCF Annual Members are eligible to participate in closed networking events.
- Age between 5 years and 26 years will be considered as Child/Kid. 27 yrs. and above will be considered as adults for the purpose of in-person events.
- MSCF Annual Membership will entitle discounted entry to paid in-person events.
- MSCF reserves the right to allow discounted entry for an event during the calendar year and some event might be excluded from the discounted entry where full price ticket purchase is required.
- MSCF reserve the rights to adjust your seating for in-person events to accommodate physically challenged people or any unforeseen situations.
- MSCF Annual Members might be asked to RSVP for in-person events, so the seats can be reserved for an event. A late fee of $15/- will be charged if member failed to RSVP within the given time. If RSVP is required for an in-person event and a member failed to RSVP within the given time, then the entry to that event will be subject to availability at the venue on the event date,
- MSCF may provide additional benefits or discounts through MSCF Partners time to time. MSCF will not be responsible, if it is changed or cancelled by MSCF Partners.
- MSCF Members or Attendees may require showing a MSCF member ID card OR photo id to the in-person event; MSCF reserve the rights to check photo ID and credit card used to pay the membership fee.
- MSCF Members or Attendees as guests must obtain a wrist band from the registration desk and wear the wrist band in all situations.
